Improving the quality of your life…
Improving the quality of your life starts with where you’re at now and then looking ahead and knowing where you want to be, so…
Take a moment, as you are now and just think of your future, if you’re feeling miserable now, and you see no end in sight, with constant feelings of worry and stress, do you honestly want that to be the way of life ahead of you…?
Then consider this, how many hours a day do you spend in a state of general unease perhaps and anxiety? Believe me it really adds up…
In our culture and way of life, many of us tend to tolerate… put up with… to endure our unhappiness… Take a moment and think about the consequences of doing nothing. The avoidance of taking action to improve the quality of your life is also a factor that keeps us trapped in such negative states of mind. Yet, any kind of action does have a positive intention and can seem better than nothing which is how we adopt unhealthy ways of responding to negative emotions and feelings; and eventually we do it unconsciously.
I wonder what your current coping strategies are… maybe comfort eating, maybe drinking too much alcohol, maybe smoking nicotine or taking other harmful, illicit drugs. The consequences of these actions long term can lead us down a deeper path, into obesity and addiction. Are these strategies really working for you?
It may seem like a mountain to climb, but in the words of the song written by The Script – even Superhero’s have to learn to fly!! And that reminds me, when we are born we only have two fears: the fear of loud noises and the fear of falling… all other behaviours are learned., and so in order to improve the quality of our lives., we can learn better ways of dealing with issues., and it is a gentle, safe and rewarding process.

About me
I have had a natural curiosity about how people tick for a very long time. I looked at people around me and wanted to learn and understand what they did in order to create the lives they wanted.
- I have a BA (Hons) in Communication.
- I am a qualified NLP Practitioner
- I am also qualified in Clinical Hypnosis.
What motivates me
I enjoy using all my skills to help people change their lives for the better. For me that is the most amazing feeling, going to work to inspire others, and help them build their future
For many ‘getting it wrong’ is a bad thing., not in my book., things that people view as a mistake in life can also be the thing that liberates them into the most amazing future…
This fascination in life has motivated me to want to work with people who want a better, safer and more purposeful life…
